Can we still use the second-row seats with the Molle Panel installed?

Yes, depending on the install option.

Passengers may be seated in the second-row with the Rear Window Molle Panel, provided you select to install the panel in conjunction with the headrests. We recommend using soft accessories, and exercising caution with the proximity of hard/fixed accessories to any occupants. 

Passengers should not ride in the back seat if you choose to fit the panel without headrests (using the provided substitute bolts). This presents a dangerous safety hazard to your passenger in the event of a collision. 
 

How does the Rear Window Molle Panel work with the curtain airbags?

The Rear Window Molle Panel is designed to allow the airbags to deploy as intended in the first two rows of the vehicle.
