Rear Hinge Aerial Mount to suit Toyota Prado 150 / GX 460

Our Rear Hinge Aerial Mounting Bracket provides a secure and discreet alternative to conventional aerial mounting locations.

Please note: does not suit Prados with the flat tailgate option with opening glass.

  • Slotted mount allows for easy installation and modification of the aerial and cable.  
  • Precision laser cut and folded stainless steel, powder coated in a textured matt black finish that is hard-wearing and looks great.  
  • Uses existing bolts and holes, so no drilling is required.

FAQ

How do I run the cable for this aerial mount? 

We recommend running the cable one of two ways, either through the back of the taillight or through the grommet below the hinge. See the installation video for more details. 

 

Is this mount able to be installed alongside other KAON aerial/light mounts that secure to the rear wheel?

Yes, the Rear Hinge Aerial Mount can be used alongside the Single, Double or Stacked Rear Aerial mounts.

 2. We’ll work with you to work out a solution, as soon as possible.  

This will depend on circumstances of your return in line with our policies, and could be a refund, replacement, repairs, credit, partial credit, or refusal. We always endeavour to work out a solution that you are happy with. For more details, see our full returns page here.    

3. If required, we will advise you to return the item back to us, via tracked postage or courier.

 Please note that without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund. If you are sending back an item that was damaged, we will reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred to return the item.
