Rear Antenna and Aerial Mount to suit Toyota LandCruiser LC76 Wagon & LC78 Troopcarrier

Our Rear Antenna Mount provides a secure and discreet alternative to conventional antenna mounting locations. 

 

FEATURES:  

  • Provides a secure rear mounting point for an antenna, aerial or reversing light, great for those running no bullbar.
  • No drill install, mounting  to the existing factory spare-tyre carrier bolts.
  • Removes the antenna from your line of sight whilst driving, or for a passenger who likes to take photos out the window.  
  • The slotted mount ensures easy installation and modification of the antenna/aerial and cable.  
  • The two-piece 3mm stainless steel bracket is powder-coated in a discreet, hard-wearing textured matt black finish.
  • Also acts as a 6mm wheel spacer for those running bigger tyres or offset. 

 

COMPATIBILITY:

  • Compatible with LandCruiser 76 Wagon and 78 Troopcarriers 2007-present. May fit other 70 series models - see FAQ for more information.
  • Compatible with lighter-weight sub-600mm Radome antennas, and Whip antennas 500g or under.  
  • Please note that our Antenna Mounts are not designed for mounting sand flags.
  • Please ensure clearance to any roof rack accessories, such as 270 Degree Awnings.

FAQ

Is this compatible with an aftermarket bar and/or a rear tyre carrier?

The Antenna mount requires the factory spare-tyre carrier to space the mount off the body, and the bolts to secure it.

What aerials / antennas can I use on this mount?

We don’t recommend that you run a longer, heavier aerial on rear mounts. We suggest a 600mm fibreglass antenna, or if you want a longer one opt for a lightweight whip antenna.

Is this compatible with other 70 series wagon models?

We have not been able to confirm models like the HZJ78 Troopcarrier or KZJ78 Prado.

Provided the Tyre Carrier and Rear Window Wiper share a similar configuration to the LC76 & LC78 models from 2007 onwards, it should work. Dimensions of the mount and clearances required are below.

Our Warranty

We warrant our products for a period of 3 years and unlimited kms from the date of purchase.
