The Kaon fuel tank guard is a direct bolt on replacement and attaches to the same factory mounting points. 

Made from laser cut and pressed 3mm steel plate with carefully designed folds to add strength and stiffness where needed. 
Sloped leading edges and a smooth lower surface will allow you to slide over obstacles without damaging your precious fuel tank.

This substantial guard weighs only 13.0kg and will be finished in a silver zinc electro-plated coating for corrosion resistance.

Our Warranty

We warrant our products for a period of 3 years and unlimited kms from the date of purchase.

Exceptions include Transmission Oil Coolers and Underbody Water tanks which are warranted for 2 years. For full details see our Warranty page.
